Checking a domain: free, no account
Type a domain on the home page and you see straight away what is fine and what is wrong with the email, the certificate and the site's headers, with the evidence for each point and where to start. No sign-up and no payment, with a request limit against abuse.
Free: 1 domain watched
- 1 domain, checked every week.
- One email at the start and then only when something changes, saying what changed and what to do.
- No card and no time limit.
Paid: €9 a month or €90 a year
- Up to 5 domains, checked every day.
- The same emails when something changes, and also when the domain's name servers or mail servers change, or when the domain registration is about to run out.
- The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months: 2 months free.
- Prices include VAT. The final price, with your country's taxes, is the one shown at checkout.
Domains beyond the first and daily checks apply to domains you prove you control, through a DNS record or the authorisation of an address on the domain itself. This way nobody can watch someone else's domain every day.
How to move to the paid plan
Check your domain on the home page and press "Notify me". Once you confirm your email, the invitation to the paid plan appears with a link of your own, and it comes back at the end of the alerts we send you.
The paid plan opens once the payments account is approved. Until then the free plan works in full, and when the paid plan opens the invitation starts coming in the alerts we send you.
Who sells it
Payment is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com), our online reseller and Merchant of Record: it is the seller of the subscription, charges your country's taxes and issues the invoice. We never see your card details.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel whenever you like, in Paddle's customer portal: the link comes in every email from Paddle. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no further charges.
In the first 14 days of a new subscription we refund everything, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy, at the bottom of this page.
What no plan does
We do not break into systems, scan ports or read your site's code. We show what can be seen from outside and say what we do not check: a clean result does not guarantee that a site is secure.
